Substitutions and Changes.

Every floral arrangement crafted by Flores Cundinamarca is unique and assembled by hand, which means no two pieces will ever look exactly alike. Our designers do their utmost to recreate each order as faithfully as possible to the photograph and description shown on our website; nevertheless, slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability of fresh flowers across Cundinamarca and Bogota. To ensure that your order is delivered on the date you requested, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments and substitutions when needed.

When a substitution is required, our team makes every effort to choose a replacement that is as similar as possible to the original arrangement. For mixed flower bouquets, we will use the colour palette displayed online whenever stock allows, even if this means selecting blooms of equal or higher value. For arrangements built around a single flower variety—such as roses, sunflowers or lilies—we will do our best to keep the same type of flower, although we may substitute it with a different colour while maintaining the overall presentation and value of the gift.

Refunds and Returns.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority at Flores Cundinamarca. Because flowers are perishable goods, any concern, complaint or claim related to your order must be reported within five (5) calendar days following the requested delivery date. Once notified, our customer service team will work diligently to resolve the issue to your full satisfaction. At our sole discretion, and depending on the nature of the claim, the resolution may consist of a refund, the dispatch of an equivalent floral arrangement, or the delivery of a comparable gift basket of similar value, processed as promptly as is reasonably possible.
